If you are not satisfied with your instrument, there is a 30 day return policy starting from the day of delivery. Damaged instruments must be reported and sent within 7 days of delivery. You will be refunded if the instrument is reported and returned in the time limit given.
Bring everything that came with the instrument in the original packaging to a local USPS or Kohl's store and they will provide the shipping lable for free. If the original packaging is gone, there will be a $10 fee for packaging.
