Yes, you will get a refund for damaged instruments but the damages must be reported and sent back up to 7 days after delivery.
Are the instruments returnable?

Yes, the instruments are returnable up to 30 days after delivery.
Will I get a refund if the instrument is stolen?

I'm sorry but unfortunately you will not get a refund if the instrument is stolen.
